Return Policy

Your satisfaction is always of the utmost importance to us. However, please understand that personalized items, as well as edible and perishable items CAN NOT be accepted for return. As a result of this policy, it is very important that all orders are reviewed carefully before authorizing for printing. If you order is placed online, please confirm that the information provided is correct, as your order will be processed and shipped exactly as you entered the information.

If we make a mistake on your personalized order, it will be re-printed at our expense. If an error is made out of our control, we will re-print at 20% off the regular price.

Any non-personalized or non-edible/perishable items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days of receipt, absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Please include the packing slip with all returns.
