Our Low Price Guarantee

At Products with Personality we offer fantastic customer service and we take pride in keeping our prices low because we realize when planning a wedding every penny counts.

Our Low Price Guarantee works like this:

If you find the exact product online cheaper, we will match their price. The product must be the same manufacturer, color, packaging etc. It can not be a “knock-off” item. If it is a name brand favor, it must be authentic, not just "similar" as many of the knock-off items sold on the internet are.

The competitor's advertisement must be current, verified on the internet and the product must be in stock. Auction items (EBay or any other online auction), companies who are going out of business or liquidating and close out/clearance items are not included. Products with Personality will match pricing up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

If we are to match a price, the competitor's shipping and handling charges and sales tax, if applicable, will be taken into account when we calculate the competitor's price. Shipments to Pennsylvania are subject to a 6% sales tax and will not be included as part of the price match calculation.

Price adjustments are limited to one price match per item within the 30 day period. Competitor’s coupons and promotions are not accepted by Products with Personality. Please allow 7 – 10 business days following your price match request for your refund to be processed. Products with Personality reserves the right to decline a price match on an item that is not in stock with a competitor or does not meet the criteria outlined above.
