How do I place my order?
You can place your order on our secure online ordering site or by calling our
customer service representatives at 800-680-2552. We accept VISA, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express. After your order is placed, you will receive
an email confirmation. Most of our products will ship within 1 to 3 business
days. Some products are special order and may take longer. Please refer to
the “Availability” section located on each product page.
Orders with personalization will be processed and shipped exactly as you entered the information. Be sure to review this information carefully. Once your order is placed, you agree that you have verified your information is correct, and authorize printing of personalized items. Your order is in process as soon as it is placed. Therefore, we are unable to allow for changes or corrections and/or cancellations.
Can I receive a proof of my personalized candy bar wrapper?
Upon request, a proof of your order will be emailed to you. Your order will
be printed after we receive approval of your proof.
Can I make minor changes to a personalized item?
Yes, please include your changes in the comments section during checkout or
call us at 800-680-2552.
